• New Newtonium X cushioning (Hytrel® footbed): The cushioning developed for the new 2022 Newton models corresponds perfectly with the P.O.P.1 system. The continuous, thin cushioning layer made of Hytrel®, a foam that quickly returns energy, allowing you to run in a highly reactive, cushioned manner without unnecessary energy loss.
• P.O.P 1 (Point of Power): The visible Action/Reaction™ technology of the shoe is the P.O.P 1 cushioning unit. The lugs in the front midfoot area make the force that acts on this area during the impact phase available again as energy for your push-off phase.
• 2.0 mm drop: The low drop promotes a more efficient running form. A better body position, higher cadence and an active mid-/forefoot strike maximizes speed in all your runs.
• 215 grams weight: The feather light Distance 11 almost makes you forget that you are wearing a shoe which is perfect for race day and fast training runs.

The upper material:

• Breathable Ultra Mesh: The ultra-light, soft Ultra Mesh in the upper ensures comfort and a good foot climate.
• Minimalist overlays: The seamless overlay construction places your foot securely in the shoe even under maximum load.
• Anti-friction lining: The lining is soft to prevent friction and blisters.
• Seamless toe cap: There are no irritating pressure points or friction caused by seams, even under extreme forefoot stress.
